Senior-led development
Some product development challenges need one experienced senior lead. Others need extra capacity for development, QA and delivery. The Convenience Factory keeps product direction, architecture and quality senior-led, and can scale delivery through trusted collaborators when the project needs it.
Scalable delivery support
A flexible network of trusted specialists can add development, QA and DevOps capacity without losing senior product ownership.

02 — Tech Strategy
The goal is not another abstract report. I help clarify the real decision in front of you.
Define the actual decision: what should be improved, built, bought, adopted with AI or left alone.
Understand the workflows, tools, users, data, constraints and dependencies that shape the technical direction.
Rank opportunities by value, effort, risk and timing so the roadmap starts with the highest-leverage moves.
Decide the right route: product build, prototype, vendor, internal project, workflow improvement or safe AI adoption.
Turn the decision into a practical next-step roadmap with scope, ownership, quality boundaries and delivery options.
Pick the route that matches the decision in front of you.

03 — AI adoption
AI can help teams move faster, create smarter product features and elevate workflows to another level — but only when it is applied in the right way.
Principle: use AI where it adds value, not where it adds noise — with clear boundaries for data, IP and human control.
04 — Proof
A compact view of the experience behind the work: regulated and quality-sensitive products, scalable platforms and own products that had to survive real users, support and long-term maintenance.
Proud working with

Healthcare and connected health work where privacy, quality, traceability and risk-aware delivery matter.
Event communication, SDKs and cloud platforms where architecture and operational judgement mattered.
Products designed, built, shipped and supported end to end — not just delivered as projects.
05 — About
I founded The Convenience Factory in 2011 around a simple belief: software products should make life easier, not add another layer of complexity.
I’m a senior Product Builder and Tech Strategist. My work sits where product direction, UX, architecture, engineering and quality meet: deciding what is worth building, then turning that decision into a working product.
That perspective comes from 25+ years of building and improving software: own products with real users and support, healthcare, embedded and connected products where privacy and quality matter, platforms, SDKs, cloud systems, startup prototypes and products that needed stabilisation.
I work best in compact setups: direct communication, low overhead and close to the work. First clarify what is needed, then make the right choices and help turn them into a working product. That can be alongside an existing team, or as a hands-on product builder when no team is in place yet.
